Reach out

Starting therapy can come with a lot of questions. Here's some more information; feel free to reach out if you'd like to know more!

More Information

First things first, get in touch if you're looking to start. We'll have a free 15-minute video consultation to confirm that we are a good fit, and then go ahead and schedule our first session. Even if we aren't a great fit, I want to support you on your journey and help get you connected to someone that is. The first session looks a little bit different than the rest; we'll talk about your goals and what you're hoping to accomplish with our work together. We'll make a plan, and get right to it!

Therapy can help you to unlearn and re-learn ways of thinking that work better for the person that you are today and the person that you want to be. Sharing your experience, and feeling validated. Taking on your goals, and feeling hope and empowerment. Support in your healing and growth. That's how therapy help.

It isn't a quick fix, but my clients have shared that our work together has helped immensely early in our work together.

I do offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, so please reach out if you are interested in working together and my full fee is not feasible for you.

I am currently not able to accept insurance; however, I can definitely provide you with an out-of-network (OON) receipt (called a superbill) for reimbursement. Reimbursement for OON providers depends on your benefits and coverage, so be sure to contact your insurance company to ask about your plan's mental health benefits.
