We’re taught that mental health is about decreasing negative symptoms. We’re “supposed” to be less anxious, less depressed, and less overwhelmed. While that is one part of healing, what’s more important is how you want to feel, and what you want to achieve. What would life be like if you could live each day without being held back? What’s the real purpose that you have yet to discover or embrace?
I’m here not just to help you heal, but to guide you on a journey of self-actualization. Together we’ll explore the past, heal in the present, and create a plan for the future.
My passion is working with BIPOC who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, sexual concerns, and overall stress. I use neuroscience and solution-based approaches based on your goals and what’s right for you, including meditation, breathwork, trauma-informed yoga and sound bowl healing.

Heal from past traumas in a safe and nurturing environment. We will work together to to process traumatic experiences and develop strategies to help you cope.
Whether you're facing communication issues, conflicts, sexual concerns, or other challenges, we will work together to strengthen your connection and resolve concerns with your partner.
I have a passion for helping individuals heal in areas of their lives that are often overlooked or neglected and assisting in fully knowing themselves and their stories more intimately so they can move through life with a greater sense of freedom. I am a believer that positive change can happen for everyone.
